Rules of the AAR:
Anyone and everyone can participate if they so choose by joining one of the available political partys.
To join a political party you must get the approval of the party leader. Who will PM the monarch(Thats me!) If your accepted in.
The party leader will be appointed by the monarch.
The Ruling party will be appointed by the monarch. However the monarch will much more likely lean to appointing the largest party.
*ALL POLITICAL DEBATES/DISCUSSIONS SHOULD HAPPEN IN PM'S* Lets try to avoid getting this interactive AAR banned too
*YOU MAY NOT MAKE YOUR OWN PARTYS*
A party does not have to directly conform to the games standards.
IE a reactionary party does not necessarily have to support slavery.
A party should however at least support closely what it should.
Once every 5 years parliament shall meet. A party may lobby for certain reforms to be pushed in. Each party member is assumed to support his/her party. You may leave a party at any time if you no longer believe in its cause.
In order for a reform to be passed 2 things must occour:
The Parliment(Thats you guys) must have 50% or more in favour of the reform.
The Monarch(Thats me) Must approve of the reform. (You may use PM's to convince me)
As ideology's are enabled. New party's will become available. See the second post for information Re-guarding the current party list.
Parliament votes on the following things:
Reforms
Administration changes(Current Administration is Co-operative industrialism)
Decisions deemed important by the monarch (Such as canal building)
When events happen I the monarch have the right to force a reform through with or without the consent of parliament. (IE threshing accident)
If the monarchy is ever broken (IE Jacobin revolution) The AAR ends as the monarch and parliament are all sent into exile or beheaded.
=All 3 partys must have a leader before the AAR can begin.=
Vice leaders are 2nd in command of a party if the leader is ever indisposed he may make changes to what the party is lobbying for. accepting members. etc.
And with a final closing note from what inspired me to try.
